Privacy Policy

Data we collect

This website has no sign-up forms or user accounts. The data we receive comes from two sources:

• Data you send us yourself — when you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, such as your name, phone number, email address, company name and the content of your enquiry.
• Visit data recorded automatically — through Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare: the pages you open, how long you stay, your approximate location (country and city), device and browser type, language, the website or ad that brought you here, and clicks on the WhatsApp, email, phone, company profile download and language buttons. We view this data as combined reports and do not use it to identify you personally.

How we use the data

• To answer your questions and send you the quotations and product information you request.
• To understand which products and pages are most popular and which countries our visitors come from, so we can make our website and services more useful to you.
• To measure how well our promotions and advertising perform.
• To keep the website secure against attacks and misuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Cookies and Google Analytics

Cookies are small files that your browser stores on your device. This website only uses cookies from Google Analytics 4 (a service of Google LLC) to count visits:

• _ga and _ga_<ID> — tell one visitor apart from another without knowing who they are; kept for up to 2 years.

Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address, and we have not enabled the age, gender and interest data feature (Google Signals). Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The website still works normally without cookies.

Third-party services

Several services from other companies help this website run. Each service handles data under its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website to your device and protects it from attacks; in doing so, Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical data about your device.
• Google Analytics 4 — counts and analyses visits (see the cookies section above).
• WhatsApp (Meta) — when you tap a WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place in the WhatsApp app.
• YouTube (Google) — videos only load after you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
• TikTok, Instagram and YouTube — links to BAE’s social media accounts open on their own websites or apps.

These services may process data on servers located outside Indonesia.

How long we keep data

• Visit data in Google Analytics: 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.
• WhatsApp and email conversations: for as long as they are needed to handle your enquiries, quotations, projects and after-sales service, or as long as required by law (for example, for accounting).

Data security

This website is always served over a secure connection (https). Visit data and customer conversations can only be accessed by BAE team members who need them for their work.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

• know what personal data we hold about you and what it is used for;
• obtain a copy of your personal data;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• ask for your data to be deleted or for its use to stop;
• withdraw any consent you have given.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. Visitors from outside Indonesia, including the European Union, may also exercise the rights granted by the laws of their own country.

Children

This website is intended for poultry farming businesses, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add a new service to the website. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
